People often say that sports performance is 90% mental and yet most athletes continue to focus primarily on the physical. Today many serious athletes spend hours per day working to train their bodies, even hiring personal skills coaches, nutritionists, and fitness trainers to help perfect the 10%. Wouldn’t it make sense to spend some of that time and effort focusing on the mental side of performance? That is what we do at The 90%.

Being a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a college counselor, Juliana has been involved with youth, teens and adults. She focuses on how powerful the mind if as well as how athletes can use their mindset to take their game to the next level. Juliana has been involved with athletics for over 17 years.
As a doctor of physical therapy Aaron truly understands the min/body connection. He has been practicing physical therapy for many years and works with athletes of all ages. Being a college athlete himself, Aaron understands what high stakes are involved in athletics and how the mind is such a powerful resource.

Meeting with one of our mental performance coaches who will help you become the best athlete you can be! We can help create a gameplan to put each athlete in the perfect mindset for competition. Our performance coaches have all the tools necessary to help the athlete overcome even the toughest hurdles.
The 90% can help any athlete across the United States trying to achieve greatness or trying to overcome athletic obstacles. Our online "TeleCoaching" can help the athlete right from the comfort of their own home. Our sessions & curriculum will help athletes take their game to the next level by improving the mental side of sports.
Sometimes an athlete can achieve the correct mental mindset hearing from their peers. Our mentality group classes can provide additional perspectives in a peer based environment. These sessions are helpful ways for athletes to learn skills and hear different perspectives on mental performance.
