Who is eligible to be a client at "The 90%"?
Any athlete who is trying to become the best they can be. The youngest client we will see is 8 years old.
How many sessions does it take for athletes to improve?
Most clients see major changes in their athletic mental performance after only a couple of sessions. Most major improvements will be seen after 10-12 sessions. Goals will be set on appointment #1 and will include a timeline.

What do I bring to my first session?
All the athlete needs is to have completed their intake paperwork online. If any athlete is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will need to be present for the first session and some sessions following.
Do you take insurance?
Since we are NOT conducting any medical treatment, physical therapy or mental therapy, we do not accept any insurance.

Parking
The 90% offers free parking in the parking structure (street level) or there is street parking. We are located upstairs on the third floor Suite #350.
For your convenience, there is an elevator in the middle of the Plaza, as well as several staircases leading to the third floor.

When arriving you will see that The 90% is in the same office as Aspire Physical Therapy. When you arrive please tell our receptionist your name and he/she will check you in and let our Performance Coach know that you have arrived for your visit.
Length Of Visit
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. For any clients under the age of 18, parent/guardian will be present for the first visit. Parent/Guardian may also be needed for subsequent visits after a gameplan is decided between Performance Coach & Client.
