Our Mental Performance Coaches will meet with the athlete on ZOOM weekly.

Group Mental Skill Building Sessions

Athletes will meet in small groups to discuss areas of improvement, how to get over obstacles and hear stories from other athletes going through similar things.
Group session can help the athlete understand from hearing a different voice that isnt an adult to learn how to improve their Mental Mindset.
Peer construction has also been proven to help the athlete open up.
Speaking Engagements:
This dynamic, interactive workshop for teams, businesses and programs empowers, and encourages teams/athletes to win each moment. There are no good or bad days, only moments.
